{detailed description}This book consists of selected Aeromodeller Engine Tests from 1948 to the late 1950s. It has been decided to concentrate on engines of predominantly English manufacture, though with such a quantity of material from which to choose some exclusions have been made; particularly engines still in production or fairly recently departed.
It is hoped that the reader will gain pleasure from meeting some engines for the first time or perhaps renewing acquaintance with an old favourite.
Engines are arranged in groups according to displacement, including a section on Jetex motors and are generally featured in order of testing. Each facsimile page has been re-numbered in consecutive order, but this is the only departure from the original.
