The British Aircraft Industry 1948

This 1948 directory of the members and associate members of the SBAC gives a fascinating snapshot of the British aviation industry in the immediate post war years. All major aircraft constructors are listed, as are hundreds of component suppliers. Each entry gives the company name and address together with a list of directors and senior management, and a brief outline of their products (with a short company history in some cases.)

Each entry is translated into French and Spanish.
