Lancaster: a Bombing Legend

For the 'youngsters' the term bomber means Lancaster, and they would all agree that this was simply the greatest bomber ever built. And who could argue with them; the Lancaster had the most trouble free introduction into service of probably any type of aircraft during World War Two. Even its designer, AV Roe's Roy Chadwick, was astounded at the way it met every target it was set.
This book is a photographic celebration of the 'Bombing Legend' and features the only two airworthy Lancs in existence: the B Mkl and the B MkX.
